Small factories

The two small production factories from the Colony Design set are retuned. Each now makes two thirds as much per worker as its large counterpart, has three fifths the worker slots, and draws half the Power. The large factories are unchanged.

What this means

Output per worker is the rate when a single worker staffs the factory; fully staffed is the rate with every slot filled.
The Small Machine Parts Factory keeps its 3 slots but makes more, so each worker is worth more (1.36 to 1.6 per worker). The Small Electronics Factory makes the same 3 per Sol but over 6 slots instead of 4, so each worker is worth less (0.75 to 0.6 per worker).
For comparison, the large Machine Parts Factory makes 2.4 per worker and the large Electronics Factory 0.9 per worker, both unchanged; the small factories now sit at two thirds of that.
Input and maintenance are unchanged: the Small Machine Parts Factory turns Metals into Machine Parts and needs 1 Electronics to service; the Small Electronics Factory turns Rare Metals into Electronics and needs 1 Machine Part. Input is consumed in proportion to output.
